Everyone was so accommodating, smiling, friendly. It’s not easy being around older sometimes forgetful and demanding people. I consistently saw kindness, accommodating behavior as well as skill & talent. Everyone from people in other departments random elevator rides, the person at the front desk, security guard, hair salon, lunchroom… everyone everywhere was DELIGHTFUL!
