Commitment, Compassion, Customized Care

Health Services

At Shore View Nursing and Rehabilitation, we understand the importance of pets in our residents’ lives. We welcome pet visitation as part of our commitment to providing a supportive and enriching environment.

Visiting pets bring comfort, companionship, and joy to our residents. We encourage family members and friends to bring well-behaved pets for visits, following our guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents. Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, clean, and properly supervised during visits.

Interactions with pets have been shown to reduce stress, improve mood, and promote social interaction and physical activity. At Shore View, we recognize the therapeutic benefits of pet companionship and strive to support our residents’ emotional and psychological well-being.

We believe that pet visitation enhances the quality of life for our residents and fosters a sense of home and community within our facility. Shore View Nursing and Rehabilitation is dedicated to accommodating and promoting meaningful connections between residents and their beloved pets.
